The Slovenian Philharmonic is celebrating it's 70th anniversary. It has been founded in december 1947 thanks to the efforts of the composer Marjan Kozina, the conductor Samo Hubad and the musicologist Vlado Golob. It's first artist director was Marjan Kozina.

As the celebration of this anniversary we are 'repeating' the first concert - on the same date and with the same program - on january 13th 2018.

Concert on the occasion of the 70th Anniversary of the Slovenian Philharmonic is under the honorary patronage of His Excellency Mr Borut Pahor, President of the Republic of Slovenia.
